I am a REPS ‘level 3’ Personal Trainer and a single figure handicap golfer. I have written and implemented a number of training programs specifically tailored to golfers. The programs target and improve the postural and power muscle groups engaged during the golf swing.

LANCASTER FITNESS GOLF PROGRAMME
The program includes a free consultation where I will assess your posture, flexibility and strength and ask you general questions relating to your fitness and general health (Approximately 1 hour).
The course is FIVE one hour sessions on a weekly basis at a cost of only £35 per session. (Payment in full at time of assessment).
You will be provided with a training program (approx 1 hour) that you would be expected to carry out twice a week on your own to appreciate the full benefits of the program.
I am also a qualified ‘soft tissues injury therapist’ should you require advice on injuries or sports massage. This will help identify poor posture and muscle conditioning and therapy will improve muscle efficiency.
